Herein are listed the Spells that ye may find within the Lands of Britannia, and other knowledge akin to them that may be of use to thee. Note that much has changed since last ye journeyed within Britannia, and the very laws of Magic have been rent asunder by the attack of the Guardian.
The locations where certain rare Reagents, used in the process of Binding, are also noted. Nightshade can
be yours, Mandrake can be found by casting Summon Reagents on the orange ground around a swamp. Sometimes. A better option for thee is to seek to purchase it in Minoc or Buccaneer's Den.

Dungeons

There are Binding Circles in most dungeon areas. |
Pick the scroll you wish to bind the spell of. Determine which spell thy Scroll is for (using the 'X'amine command) then open thy spellbook and find the place set aside for that spell within it. Remember the Circle to which thy spell belongs, and the Reagents which thou wilt require. The Incantation which thou must chant is also listed there.
Thou must now ask thyself how many of the Shrines have been cleansed in thy Quest thus far. If thou hast cleansed a number of Shrines equal to or greater than the Circle of thy Spell, thou can't proceed to Bind it to the Spellbook. If the Circle of the Spell exceeds the number of Shrines which have been rescued from dark sorcery, thou must continue thy quest for a time, until more Shrines have been cleansed.
Place thy scroll upon the center of the Circle. Lay thy reagents upon it. Open the Spellbook and cast the spell Ignite upon the Circle itself. As the Candles burst into flame, speak the Incantation, and the Spell will be bound for thy later usage.

Herein are two pages whereupon the Spells themselves are listed, and where you may find them. Be warned that while the knowledge herein will indeed be accurate, it is certain to be incomplete... Upon the First Page, the spells are listed broken up into the regions which you enter as part of thy quest. The Second Page has all spells listed within, regardless of where they may be hidden.

If thou hast difficulty with the binding of the Telekinesis spell, thou mayst have sought knowledge in the wrong book. The Spellbook that thou didst receive in the box has an error, failing to give thee warning the the reagent commonly known as Mandrake is also required for thou to bind the spell.

Before thou doth attempt the brewing of potions of magic power, three things wilt thou need. The first be an Alchemy Set, a table upon which the equipment for such brewing is laid out. There is one within the Magic Chamber of Castle Britannia, and many a mage will also possess one.
The second is a flask of clear water. Do not cast away thy emptied potion bottles, but rather save them. When thou doth pass a fountain set back into the wall from which the water doth flow into a pool, simply drop the flask within the waters, then retrieve it, filled with the pure fluid thou doth require.
The third item thou needth is the Reagent needed as the raw material for thy potion. Just which reagent thou wilt need is dependant on which potion thou doth intend to create.
When thou hast all three items needed, place the flask of water and the reagent upon the alchemy set, and use it to create the potion.
