The Land of Doom.
Take part in the battles to defeat the minions of the evil Mondain.
So you would seek
knighthood from the Noble Lord British? Then heed mine words of advice.

Thou shouldst
chose the way of the warrior, and chose to wield weapons of steel
not magic.

When thou hast
selected thy weapon, spend what remains of thine gold upon food.
Thy life depends upon not running out.

When weapons
and food have been purchased, seek ye out a dungeon, near a towne.

Enter into the
dungeon and slay monsters, so that thine purse may be increased
by taking their ill-gotten gains.

When thou
hast slain some monsters and gained treasure, visit the towne and
purchace food and spare weapons. Thou shouldst purchase an Amulet
should thou have the funds to spare.

Journey once
more to the Dungeon, and use the Amulet to attack thy foes. Should
fortune be with thee, thou wilt be transformed into a Lizard Man,
and thy skills and powers increased exponentially. Once again slay
foes as above and repeat as thou doth desire.

Once thou hast
much gold and thus can purchase much food, seek out the Castle of
Lord British, and accept the mission he gives thee. Seek out the
Monster in the dungeon and slay it, then return for thy reward.
