General Notes

Weight allowable is a number three times the Avatar's current strength.

Defense value of a piece of armour is removed from damage done to the Avatar if injured.

 

Weapons Fair and Foul

This section is split into two - normal weapons and magic weapons.

Edged weapons do Blade Damage. Blunt weapons do Blunt Damage.

Magic weapons do Magic Damage, or Fire damage if the spell is firebased.

I have never found a magic shield that doesn't give protection against some Fire Magic. I suspect that the Pentology book is inaccurate and the two magic shields are the same. ~Paulon
