Return
to Tale Telling
Here are those tales relating to the Revoker,
one of the more interesting, or irritating, denizens of
rgcud. It all depends on your viewpoint.
Just what is the Revoker?
He showed up, apparently as a reaction to the
overuse of dull and boring *SPLUT!*s on
rec.games.computer.ultima.dragons. Logical, singleminded (or
more accurately bloodyminded) and showing no signs of
vanishing, the Revoker has continued to Revoke any *SPLUT!*
that doesn't match his view of interesting or imaginative,
to the dismay and despite the opposition of many Dragons.
He also has a bunch of brothers, the Revealer,
the Reviler, the Resonator, the Resetter, the Reserver, and
Mr. Uhm-buki. Since the Revoker defeated them all in the
past, they seem to have a longterm grudge which they act on
from time to time...
The Revoker was originally Dracos Dragon, but the
two behave in quite different fashions. Whether the Revoker
is a separate personality or a case of out-of-hand
roleplaying is uncertain.
And what is a *SPLUT!*?
A *SPLUT!* is the sound made when a moving pie
strikes a Dragon.
What is the Ristorante?
This is the Revoker's home ground. The Ristorante
is a place where meals can be ordered, excluding pies of
course, and Dragons can gather, excluding the *SPLUT!*s
which are a common form of social interaction. It can only
be affected by the Revoker's direct will.

More detail about the aims of the Revoker, and those entities with
whom he is associated.
Just what does the Revoker think of the
environment in which it operates?
What did happen to the Revoker? The Manifest was
losing his chess game against his brethren in
rec.games.computer.ultima.dragons, when came a puff of
smoke, leaving the Revoker gone and it's brothers taking
it's place.
This parody is the work of Dracos Dragon, with
apologies to Andrew Lloyd Weber.
This is the work of either the Revoker or Dracos
Dragon, one of the two. It's a bit hard to tell which is
which at any given time.
Do you really want to get his attention? Throw a
pie at him...
To the Top.
Return to Tale Telling
Paulon grins sheepishly at the onlookers. "I
told the Revoker 'no' when we discussed this page. So he
revoked the objection. I said 'NO', and he revoked that too,
so what could I do? But unbeknownst to the Revoker, I did
manage to set up a little revenge of my own - emailed
*SPLUT!*s..."
